NINGBO HOSENSE SWITCH FACTORY with over 30 years professional experience in manufacturing electrical switch and the management concept of "Quality & Service", we supply more than 4,000 kinds of products to our customers. Our product range include micro switch, rocker switch, push switch, slide switch, electronic game switch, pump switch, wall switch, socket, foot switch, switch equipments, various moulds and other kinds of products.
Our factory is located in Ningbo Economic & Technical Development Zone, which covers an area of 10,000 sq.m. The workshop area is 8,000 sq.m. There are more than 200 employees, including 12 high technical engineers. The affiliated departments include Engineering Department, Design Department, Production Planning Department, Mold Department, Injection Molding Department, QC Department, Testing Department etc. We own a full series of hi-tech advanced manufacturing facilities and perfect products quality inspection equipments.
We have different sorts of exact equipments such as product Life Cycles Tester, insulation tester, Resistance Selector, Ergometer. Besides, in order to ensure our products to meet domestic and global market's demand, we also have 3C products-testing machines, which include Glowing Filament Tester, Creepage-trace Tester, Aging tester. Apart from those facilities, we own UL, VDE Testers, Hydronium Spectroscopic Analysis Instrument, and Environmental Material Testing Laboratory.
To catch up with international advanced standards, our factory successfully passed and obtained SGS ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification of Britain. Meanwhile, we have been engaged ourselves in the work of safety attestation. Until now we have acquired various foreign certification such as UL, CUL, VDE, DEMKO,SEMKO, NEMKO, FIMKO, TUV and CE. In order to meet the demand of our customers and the developing market, we are strict with every quality control step in procuring raw materials, production and delivery. We are improving the products to catch up with ROHS standards. It will ensure our products meet corresponding environment protection criterion.

One Comprehensive Testing Laboratory:
The testing laboratory which was designed and invested by ourselves has passed the check of UL ( American Underwriters' Laboratories) and VDE (Germany Testing Organization). All new products and regular products are examined by each step in this laboratory aperiodically. |
Two production centers:
All the metal and plastic parts of our products are made in our production centers. Our professional staffs assemble them to finish products. |
Eight automatic imprinters:
We can print different logo and mark on the switches for our customers to meet their different demands. Also, our designer can make out satisfactory scheme for our customers. |
Ten Plastic Molding Injection Machine:
We have advanced Demag-Haitian's injection molding machine, of which the output is 520,000 plastic per day (24 hours automatism). |
Fifty Punches:
We own 50 advanced metal-parts punching equipments of different specification ranges from 0.5 ton to 80 ton. The output is 430,000 metal parts each day (24 hours automatism). |
